Privacy notice
This notice explains what the AI Readiness Assessment collects and why. The check is run by Proof Digital Limited (company no. 09519805), which is the data controller.
If you just take the assessment
Your answers stay in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. They aren't sent to us. We count anonymous events, such as "started the assessment" or "saw their results", to see how the assessment is used. These counts contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses or identifiers, and we don't use cookies.
If you ask us to email your report
We collect your name, work email, the organisation details you gave, your answers and your results. We use them to:
- send you your report
- keep a copy so we can answer questions about it if you get in touch
- contact you about your results, but only if you ticked the box saying we can
- consider your application for a free pilot workshop, if you ticked the box to apply
We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Lawful basis
We send your report because you asked for it (legitimate interests). We contact you about your results only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Where it's stored and for how long
The site is hosted by Netlify, and report records are stored in Netlify's EU storage region. Report emails are sent through our email delivery provider, Resend. We keep report records for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing nural.ali@proofdigital.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
